Agency questions

What does white-label actually mean on Agency?
Your clients log in at your subdomain (e.g. reports.youragency.com). Your logo replaces ours in the header, login screen, scheduled emails, exported PDFs, and Looker dashboards. They never see the word 'Citare' anywhere.
Can I resell Citare under my brand?
Yes. The Agency tier permits resale. You set your own client pricing. We invoice you for one Agency seat at $199/mo. Your client billing is separate (Stripe, Razorpay, invoicing — your call).
Do I get a dedicated success engineer?
Not on Agency. That's Enterprise. On Agency, you get priority email support with a 4-hour SLA on business days. For done-for-you delivery, see Studio Concierge as an add-on.
How do client-level permissions work?
Each project is isolated. Invite client team members per-project (they only see that project's data). Internal agency team members can be granted multi-project access at their seat level.
