Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a Citare account or using the Citare platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Citare is operated by Ssimplifi, based in Bengaluru, India ("we", "us").

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during onboarding and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Agency accounts may grant access to multiple team members, each with their own credentials. Agency admins are responsible for revoking access when a team member leaves.

3. Billing

Citare is wallet-based. You top up in advance; we deduct per monitoring cycle consumed. The current rate is ₹25 per query check, with automatic volume discount to ₹20 per check after ₹20,000 in a rolling month.

All prices are in INR and GST-inclusive unless expressly stated otherwise. GST invoices are issued on top-ups once our GSTIN is active.

Unused wallet balance is refundable. Top up, decide it's not for you, email us — we'll refund the unused portion within 7 business days.

Deep Scans, Reputation Mapping, Vertical Intelligence, and Content Gap Analysis are one-time intelligence products billed from wallet at the rates shown on /pricing at the time of purchase.

4. What Citare does

Citare queries third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI) and search providers on your behalf, extracts structured information, computes visibility metrics, and presents results through our dashboard and reports.

Results depend on the underlying AI platforms and may change as those platforms change their models. We do not guarantee specific visibility scores, competitor rankings, or business outcomes.

5. What Citare does NOT do

We do not modify third-party platforms on your behalf. We do not guarantee that AI platforms will recommend your business.

We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice. Any business decisions based on our reports are yours.

We do not train AI models on your data (see the Privacy Policy for detail).

6. Acceptable use

You may only monitor businesses you own or are authorized to manage (for example, your agency's clients with their consent).

You may not use Citare to harass, impersonate, or collect data about individuals. You may not use Citare in a way that violates any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. You will be notified with the specific reason.

7. Availability

We target high availability but make no SLA guarantees during soft launch. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

If Citare is unable to run a scheduled monitoring cycle due to our outage, we will refund the wallet charge for that cycle.

8. Intellectual property

Citare and Ssimplifi retain all rights to the platform code, UI, dashboards, and reports. You retain all rights to your business data.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to run Citare on your behalf.

9. Termination

You can close your account anytime by emailing ravi@citare.ai. We will delete your account and associated data within 7 business days (except billing records retained for tax compliance).

We may terminate an account for material breach of these Terms with 7 days notice (immediately for fraud or abuse).

10. Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid Citare in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-business damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes

We will email all active account holders at least 14 days before any material change to these Terms. The effective date of the current version is listed at the bottom of this page.
