Can I switch tiers without losing data?

Yes. Tier changes are instant + non-destructive — historical data, integrations, ICPs, Query Guides all preserved across upgrades and downgrades. Downgrade caps apply (e.g., exceeding Pulse's 500-keyword limit on Pro prompts you to archive surplus before downgrade).

Is there a long-term commitment?

Monthly plans are month-to-month with no commitment. Annual plans are 12-month commitment with 15% discount; non-cancelable within the year except for material breach. Most Indian SMBs start monthly; convert to annual after 3-6 months when usage stabilizes.

Do you offer educational or non-profit pricing?
